授業概略と目的
/Cource Description and Objectives
Intercultural Communication -- Making Friends Using English

This class teaches you strategies for communicating with other people in English. In this class you will:

1) Learn some differences about how people make friends in other countries
2) Practice ways to start conversations with people
3) Practice sharing interesting stories about yourself
4) Practice American pronunciation, rhythm, and intonation
5) Learn about respecting diversity

This class will be paperless. Students should be prepared to access the internet during class using personal laptops, tablets, or smartphones.

Class will be online. Some classes will be "real time" and other classes will be "on demand."
