| 授業概略と目的 ／Cource Description and Objectives |
In this class, we will learn and discuss about various global issues such as the human dimensions of climate change, human trafficking, global poverty, and human rights. We will learn about the United Nations and various International Non-governmental Organizations. And, we will think about and discuss Japan’s role in globalization. The class is taught entirely in English. |

The class is intended for students who: 1) have already studied ELP 1-4 2) TOEIC score of 400 is recommended |

This class requires communication in English. All assignments will be completed in English. Please have a Japanese-English Dictionary every class. We will use online resources in class, so please be prepare with a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. This is a paperless class. Everything will be done electronically. |
