| 授業概略と目的 ／Cource Description and Objectives |
This class is designed for students who have scored more than 500 on the TOEIC. Students will gain practical skills for speaking and writing about real-world topics in English. Students will also: 1. Continue to develop communication skills learned in ELP2 for public speaking. 2. Develop appropriate skills for writing in English. 3. Be able to give logical presentations. 4. Develop a knowledge of common English pronunciation, speaking patterns, and rhythm. |

1. This is an advanced course. Students are expected to have a high level of participation, effort, and attendance. 2. This course is taught in English. 3. Bring a dictionary to class. (However, you cannot use smartphones in class.) 4. Students are expected to cooperate with classmates and work actively on assignments. 5. Out-of-class self-study (English Express) is required. (Please see the "Self-Study Guide" for details.) 6. ELP4 is a required course. |
