授業概略と目標
[Course description and Objects]
1. 英会話Ⅰに続き、パブリックスピーキングへと応用するためのコミュニケーション力を養う。Following English Communication I, this course focuses on developing communicative skills in English for speaking and writing.
2. 効果的な英語学習ストラテジーについても折にふれ紹介してゆく。Effective learning strategies will be introduced when appropriate.
*1週間に60分以上の授業外学習を行う。Students need to spend more than 60 minutes in a week outside of class on studying English.
到達目標
[Learning Goal]
1. 英語の論理にのっとり、レトリックを用いて書くことができる。Students can write a script based on logic and rhetoric of English language.
2. スクリプトを元にプレゼンテーションができる。Students can achieve skills and strategies to make a presentation by using scripts.
3. 適切なアクセントとリズムで話せるようになる。Student can speak English with appropriate rhythm and intonation patterns.
履修上の注意
[Notes]
Students are expected to attend all classes regularly and participate actively. All students should always bring the text to every lesson-the text is a workbook and students need to use it to prepare and engage in the classroom activities.
