授業概略と目標［Course description and Objects］	1. 英会話Ⅰに続き、パブリックスピーキングへと応用するためのコミュニケーション力を養う。Following English Communication I, this course focuses on developing communicative skills in English for speaking and writing. 2. 効果的な英語学習ストラテジーについても折にふれ紹介してゆく。Effective learning strategies will be introduced when appropriate. ＊1週間に60分以上の授業外学習を行う。Students need to spend more than 60 minutes in a week outside of class on studying English.
到達目標［Learning Goal］	1. 英語の論理にのっとり、レトリックを用いて書くことができる。Students can write a script based on logic and rhetoric of English language. 2. スクリプトを元にプレゼンテーションができる。Students can achieve skills and strategies to make a presentation by using scripts. 3. 適切なアクセントとリズムで話せるようになる。Student can speak English with appropriate rhythm and intonation patterns.
履修上の注意［Notes］	課題をしっかりとやること。自分で実際に発音しないと、会話力は身につかないので、毎日練習すること１）発音検定プロンテストの1番目のソフトウェア、「単語の検定」（14音の発音練習）「文の検定」Unit1-10を7週目までに学習し、記録をつける　　7週目に提出すること２）スピーキングテスト（中級）のＨＰにアクセスし、録音して練習すること
